Harbour Cove Marina is a venture of Scarborough Properties, one of New Jersey’s premier commercial real estate developers, managers, and operators.
With the North and South Basin, Harbour Cove Marina offers seasonal dockage for over 400 deep-water slips for boats up to 60 feet, 50 wave runner ports and 36 kayak and paddle board racks.
At Harbour Cove, our unrivaled facilities, specialized staff, ideal location, and impressive collection of amenities makes us South Jersey’s finest and most complete marine facility. Some of our amenities include a private swimming pool, onsite restaurant with year-round dining, cable TV, water and electric service available at every slip, well-appointed restrooms and showers in both basins, a 200’ fuel dock serving gas and diesel from April – December, and a sun deck with dining, soft seating and lounge chairs.
Transient Access
Harbour Cove slip holders have free transient access to our sister marinas, Cape May Marina and Brigantine Marina. Cape May Marina, located in Cape May, New Jersey is a 210-slip marina tucked safely in Spicers Creek with a mellow atmosphere. Cape May Marina has easy access to the Cape May canal and inlet and is within walking distance to some of Cape May’s finest restaurants. Similar to Harbour Cove and Cape May Marina’s quality and excellence, Brigantine Marina, located in Brigantine, New Jersey, is the home to 85 seasonal slip holders. Brigantine Marina includes all brand-new state-of-the-art floating docks and is located minutes away from the Absecon inlet and Atlantic City.
